WHO WE ARE

We work with a select high performing individual who is ready to make sustainable changes in their life. Our environment is down to earth, professional, and safe. We will continually shift the practice as clinicians grow to reach more populations over time. We aim to equip clients to navigate their own courage to live how they would like and deserve by increasing emotional intelligence, developing trust through 1:1 therapeutic relationship, and staying aligned with client goals.  Our goal is for our clients to walk away with courage, experience a decrease in unwanted symptoms, an ability to identify feelings and have healthy responses to yield better life outcomes.

Mahdee Rasul.jpg

Hello

Mahdee Rasul, MS

Senior Clinical Associate

As a clinician with lived experience in a country marked by apartheid, I bring a deeply personal understanding of how systemic oppression impacts mental and emotional well-being. My therapeutic approach is rooted in social justice, recognizing that the structures we live under can strip away our sense of control, leaving us feeling powerless and overwhelmed. I believe healing must acknowledge these systemic forces while empowering clients to reclaim agency in their lives.

The way I practice is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed, creating a space where clients can explore their struggles without judgment. Whether you're grappling with the weight of systemic injustice, the echoes of past trauma, or the challenges of self-discovery, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, cultural humility, and a fierce belief in your resilience.

Together, we’ll work to untangle the narratives that no longer serve you, cultivate authenticity, and build a life grounded in purpose and self-determination.

Adolescents 15+

Adult Men & Women

Olivia Warfield.jpg

Hi there!

Olivia Warfield, MS

Clinical Associate

I’m Olivia, a native Memphian with a passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward better mental health. I believe all individuals make perfectly imperfect sense in the kaleidoscopic context of their lives. Sometimes we need support to understand the various pieces of ourselves and how they fit together in order to move forward in life with a strengthened sense of confidence, ownership, and integrity of being.

It's been said that “What is mentionable is manageable.” In working together, I will meet you with compassionate understanding, unconditional acceptance, and a touch of humor such that we can make the mentionable manageable, whether by building new coping skills, expanding self-awareness, communicating more skillfully, or making meaning from the unfolding of your unique life’s circumstances.
