WHO WE ARE

We work with a select high performing individual who is ready to make sustainable changes in their life. Our environment is down to earth, professional, and safe. We will continually shift the practice as clinicians grow to reach more populations over time. We aim to equip clients to navigate their own courage to live how they would like and deserve by increasing emotional intelligence, developing trust through 1:1 therapeutic relationship, and staying aligned with client goals.  Our goal is for our clients to walk away with courage, experience a decrease in unwanted symptoms, an ability to identify feelings and have healthy responses to yield better life outcomes.

Driven by an unyielding commitment, I am driven to work with youth and adolescents of marginalized communities. This includes those who navigate the complexities of racial, religious, gender, or sexual minority status.
